• Order Processing: Once you place your order and payment is confirmed, we will begin processing your order immediately. This typically involves scheduling delivery and preparing any necessary paperwork.
• Dispatch Timeline: Most in-stock trailers are dispatched from our yard within 1-2 business days.
• Transit Times: Shipping times will vary depending on your location in the United States. For most metro areas, you can expect to receive your trailer within 5-10 business days from the dispatch date. Deliveries to remote locations may take slightly longer.
• Standard Delivery Cost: The standard delivery cost for most locations in the United States is $400 USD. This price includes transportation of your trailer from our yard to your specified delivery location.

• Tracking Notifications
  Customers receive tracking links to follow shipment progress based on shipping provider updates.

  Parcels Damaged In Transit
  If a parcel is damaged, reject it if possible. If delivered, contact customer service.

  Duties & Taxes

  • Sales Tax: Sales tax is applied to displayed prices.
  • Import Duties & Taxes: Import duties and taxes are prepaid.

  Cancellations

  Cancellations are accepted before dispatch. After dispatch, refer to our refund policy.

  Insurance

  Parcels are insured for loss and damage as per the courier’s stated value.
